Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do. Please be advised we do ship internationally first class and not priority, as a way to offset the costs and be able to allow this.
How long does shipping take?
Our products have the following turnaround times:
Listed Apparel: 3 to 5 business days
Listed Pops: 6 to 12 weeks
Custom Pops: 14 to 18 weeks
Custom Apparel: 5 to 10 business days
Can I rush an order?
For apparel, yes. For pops, no. Our pops require us to order the custom pieces, and handpaint every single piece. These pieces cannot be rushed and have a much longer turnaround time.
Returns
How do I return an item?
We do not accept returns for custom orders. We do however, accept returns or exchanges for listed items. Please contact us if you need to discuss a return or exchange!
How long does it take to process my return?
Refunds for *listed* items will be refunded within 3 business days of the item being returned.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Yes, but only for items listed within the shop-we cannot offer exchanges on any custom items.

I want a specific shirt made! How do I start?
Just message us! We'll work with you on what you have in mind and get a design worked up for you!
What is the Custom Pop Process?
If you are looking for a certain character to be created, we will work with you on every aspect - what you want them wearing, what you are wanting them to look like and go through some photos with you that you'll send in (if you have that!).
Do pops come with boxes?
We know many custom pops do not come with boxes, but it's important to us that your pop is protected! All our custom pops come with a custom-made box as well as a pop box protector.
