How long does shipping take?

Our products have the following process times:

Listed Apparel, Keychains, Drinkware & Pet Accessories: 3 to 5 business days
Listed Pops: 4 to 6 weeks

Custom Pops: 9 to 12 weeks
Custom Apparel: 5 to 10 business days

Do you ship internationally?

We typically do, however, as of 2025, we have paused most international shipments except to Canada. We will update our shipping policy when we are able to open it back up!

How do I return an item?

  • If for any reason you do not absolutely love an item in your order, we accept returns minus shipping, within 7 business days of delivery date.
  • Items must be in brand new condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered.
  • Final Sale items include: ALL custom items, gift cards and all sale items. These items cannot be returned. We will work with you on all custom items prior to shipment to ensure they are exactly what you want.

I want a specific item (shirt, drinkware, pet accessory) made! How do I start?

Just message us! We will work with you on what you have in mind and get a design worked up for you!

How do I order a custom pop?

You can purchase our Custom Pop listing, and we will reach out to you directly to begin the process. If you are looking for a certain person or character to be created, we will work with you on every aspect- what you want them wearing, what you are wanting them to look like and go through some photos with you. We recommend at least a couple photos to submit to us, but we can work with just one if it's all you have!

If you want to send in images ahead of time and make sure it's something we can create, you can reach out to us at any time!

Why do pops take longer to ship?

Creating pops require a heavy amount of handwork - these require a lot of painting, a lot of drying, and a lot of sealing! We recommend you order in enough time if you are purchasing as a gift, and appreciate your patience!
